EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW …………………………………………………….. This paper is around understanding businesses. To do so, I've selected two different businesses in apresenta of size and culture, analyze them and finally suggest improvements. UNIQLO is a Japanese apparel price tag chain, as well as CEO can be Mr. Tadashi Yanai. The organization started initial in Japan in the eighties, and became worldwide in 2002. The company markets high quality casual clothes at the least expensive market rates (private label). The goal of the company is to become the world major apparel dealer in 2020. Along the years, Mr. Yanai has built a strategy which was in respect both with his believes and the market requirements. After his personality analysis, it seems that he might be a great ISTJ type which can be call being the most responsible type. From what we know about Mister. Yanai, that fits well his behaviors and actions. The big 5 test out told us that he can a quite balanced person as well. The culture of his business is close to his thinks. He created a company about strong beliefs. The recommendation I can give, is that the subsequent generations might not exactly consider the basic product even as do. The corporation should start working on the basic needs of their foreseeable future customers. Agnès b. is a French luxury fashion make of clothes, as well as owner and founder can be Mrs. Agnès Troublé. The first store opened 38years ago in Paris. The products are designed to be very discreet and elegant. The aim of the company is always to provide simple and comfortable clothes that can long lasting. The owner will not seem to have got a particular strategy. She is more following her feelings. After his character assessment, it appears that she may be somewhere between ESFP, ENFP, ISFP and INFP types. Or perhaps she might be all at the same time. She actually is full of contradictions. She constructed a company in her photo, discreet and socially accountable. The clothes still don't evolve much during the years. Also, the girl with managing and controlling almost everything. But what may happen if she actually is not in this article anymore? The suggestions I will give, is usually to change the design of management to make the company much less dependent of her, along with starting to refresh the brand image.
